
1. Student should treat School staff with respect at all times and be courteous to fellow students.
2. Students will refrain from damaging any form of school property. The school reserves the right to be compensated by the student for any such damages,
3. Students will refrain from littering and keep the school premises clean.
4. Unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to irregular attendance, academic dishonesty and neglect of homework, disruptive behaviour, loitering and disrespectful behaviour towards staff or fellow students will result in serious disciplinary action.
5. Any misbehaviour or violation of school disipline will be dealt by the principal and corrective action will be taken. In extreme cases parents will be called in to discuss the child's behaviour and may lead to suspension or expulsion from the school.
6. The medium of instruction is English and students are expected to communicate in English at all time.
7. It is compulsory to bring the school issued ID Card to school every day. Not bringing the ID card could result in the child not bring allowed into the school premises.
8. The dress code will be followed during the School hours as well as at all School Events.
9. No Student will remain on the campus or in the class room after the last bell has been rung.
10. Their manner of movement should be quiet and orderly, at all times.
11. Students are forbidden to bring into the school valuable articles such as Jewellery, Costly fountain pens, wrist watches, mobile phones.
12. For Safety and security, parents should refrain sending money with their child without specific written notice from the school.
13. Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly or wilfully mischievous or is guilty of malpractice in connection with examinations or has committed an act of serious indiscipline and/or misbehaviour or who, in the opinion of the Head of the institution, has an unwholesome influence on his fellow pupils, may be expelled permanently or removed from the school for a specific period by the principal.
14. The rule of good behaviour applies outside as well as inside the school.
15. Parents should make it a point to attend functions organized by the school for them such as Parents-Teacher Meets, Result/ Report Card Day etc.
16. When communicating with the school authorities the parents are requested to mention in their letters the Full Name, Standard, Section and Roll No. of the child.
17. Parents, guardians and other persons should not visit the classes or interact with the teachers, except with the approval of the principal or the vice principal.
18. Criticism of a teacher and the school in the presence of the students should be scrupulously avoided, because it causes the child to lose respect for the teacher and the school, with the consequent failure to learn from him/her. Should you have any legitimate complaint, meet the Principal or the Secretary of the school without fear of reprisal.
19. The parents and guardians are given to understand that they cannot dicate terms to the Management. In the daily running of the school the Principal is given the discretionary power to take decisions in conformity with the rules and regulations of the school and as guided by the School Management.
20. A child who is ill should not be sent to school to attent class or to take tests. If a child reports sic in the school or reports of habitual sickness, he/she shall be sent back home immediately. The school does not provide medical treatment except first aid. In case a child falls sick or has a unforeseen accident, immediately parents will be called and it will be parents responsibility to tak the child back home for proper treatment.
21. In case of a prolonged illness parents are requested to inform the school and send him/her t school only after he/she has fully recovered. A medical certificate from a medical practitioner wi be required in such cases when he/she returns from a prolonged illness are settled on the basis o the term's work in consultation with the teachers concerned and the previous records.
22. Parents or guardians are especially requested to notify the school of any change in thei address/telephone number in writing.
23. The management has always deemed it incumbent upon its staff and the teachers to treat the parents of their students with exemplary respect and courtesy. The same measure of reciprocation of respect is expected from the parents towards the Principal, the teachers and other members o the staff to the school in order to gain better understanding, harmony and cooperation. 24. No parent is permitted to take any action against any other student for his/her ward from the school. It matters take a serious turn then the case may be referred to the civil authority concerned. 25. If a parent has a grievance to make, then he/she should lodge a written complaint with the Principal stating all details. Accordingly matters will be looked into and steps to rectify the wrong, i any, will be taken.
26. Should a parent misbehave with the Principal/Teacher or staff of the school, then the management of the school is completely empowered with the right to strike off the name of the respective child off the rolls of the school.
27. The school management reserves the right to amend, add, subtract or modify these rules from time to time for the better running of the school. The management also reserves the right to amend the fee structure according to its financial burden and commitment.
28. It is the responsibility of the Parents/Guardians to take their ward at the closing time. The School shall not be responsible after the school gets over.
29. Please ensure that the home-work assigned by the teacher is invariably done and completed punctually by your ward.
30. Wards should do their home work by themselves. They should not be helped by the parents/guardians or by any tutor unless they really need it. It is important that the wards develop habits of studying and working by themselves.
31. Criticism of the teachers should not be done in presence of the wards because it amounts to disrespect to the teachers as well as to the school If parents/guardians have any complaints, they must meet the Principal.
32. It is parent(s) only or those authorized in the school who will be allowed to take their wards during the school hours. It is the whole responsibility of the Parent(s).
